TOMATOMETER
Sara (Cameron Diaz) and Brian (Jason Patric) live a great life with their young son and daughter. But their family is rocked by sudden, heartbreaking news that forces them to make a difficult and choice in order to save their girl's life. With a desperate decision that raises both ethical and moral questions, their actions ultimately set off a court case that threatens to tear the family apart, while revealing surprising truths that test the limits of parental love and the boundaries of ethics. Also stars Alec Baldwin, Abigail Breslin, and Sofia Vassilieva.

This has to be one of the best, most sentimental, original & heartbreaking film I've seen in a long time. I couldn't help myself but, the tears fell anyway.
It's a MUST SEE.

A must see for the enitre family!! This film demonstrates the power of love within a family! It proves that when it comes to family there is no limit as to what you would do for them! Excellent film!!!
