The greatest adventure of all time begins with Star Trek, the incredible story of a young crew's maiden voyage onboard the most advanced starship ever created, the U.S.S. Enterprise.
On a journey filled with action, comedy, and cosmic peril, the new recruits must find a way to stop an evil being (Eric Bana, The Other Boleyn Girl, Hulk, Troy) whose mission of vengeance threatens all of mankind.
The fate of the galaxy rests in the hands of bitter rivals. One, James Kirk (Chris Pine, Smokin' Aces), is a delinquent, thrill-seeking Iowa farm boy. The other, Spock (Zachary Quinto, TV's Heroes), was raised in a logic-based society that rejects all emotion. As fiery instinct clashes with calm reason, their unlikely but powerful partnership is the only thing capable of leading their crew through unimaginable danger, boldly going where no one has gone before!
Satisfying beyond belief, for Trekkies and non-Trekkies alike, this is a do-not-miss motion picture event.

WELL DONE IN ALL ASPECTS. THE MAIN CAST MUST HAVE DON AN INTENSE STUDY OF THEIR CHARACTERS; THEY WERE TRUE TO THE ORIGINAL TV SERIES; ALL EXELLENT PERFORMANCES.

I have never been a Star Trek fan, but when my step-dad let me borrow some movies this was in it. I have to say this was a fun movie, and I would definitley recommend it to anyone. I got online and ordered it for myself.

So I have never been a Trekkie (maybe until now). This movie is just a great action packed movie with a great story. It is very sci-fi but definitely fun for anyone that watches it.
