Here's an action comedy that proves that anything is possible. Watch as two unlikely men find a way to survive a world overrun by zombies.

Columbus (Jesse Eisenberg, Adventureland) is a big wuss, but when you're afraid of being eaten by zombies, fear can keep you alive. Tallahassee (Woody Harrelson, The Walker) is an AK-totin’, zombie-slayin’ badass whose single determination is to get the last Twinkie on earth. As they join forces with Wichita (Emma Stone) and Little Rock (Abigail Breslin, My Sister's Keeper), who have also found unique ways to survive the zombie mayhem, they will have to determine which is worse: relying on each other or succumbing to the zombies.

TOP CRITICS'S REVIEWS

Fresh: Now this isn't the most violent film I've ever seen, but it is certainly one of the only films in which the infliction of violence (gut-churning violence) brings people together. And to that I say ... finally!

-Simon Miraudo, Quickflix, October 27, 2010

Fresh: Scattershot but sharp, this postapocalyptic road comedy gives Shaun of the Dead a run for its money.

-Cliff Doerksen, Chicago Reader, December 16, 2009

Fresh: Wildly implausible, slightly scary and plot-lite though Zombieland is, it stands to add a few comic bons mots to popular parlance.

-Ruth McCann, Washington Post, December 16, 2009

Fresh: With its brain seeking tongue wedged firmly in its blood soaked cheek, Zombieland embraces its violence and language warnings to make a truly hysterical, enjoyable and mouth watering zom-com ride.

-Giles Hardie, Unknown2, December 03, 2009

one of funniest movies of 1st decade!
October 31, 2012

looks absolutely great on BD (I've seen it on both DVD and BD—no contest). It has its fair share of zombies, but the funniest parts are the main characters' conversations/shenanegins while traveling and harrelson's obsession with twinkies. this movie had me laughing my guts out, & the commentaries made it that much funnier. More stylistic than shaun of the dead—a different kind of zombie comedy. the 'hollywood a-lister' they run into is pretty funny too!
