Go beyond your imagination in a bold Blu-ray experience like no other!
In this spectacular, special effects-fueled remake of the classic 1981 film, Clash Of the Titans, the ultimate struggle for power pits men against kings and kings against gods. But the war between the gods themselves could destroy the world. Born of a god but raised as a man, Perseus (Sam Worthington, Avatar) is helpless to save his family from Hades (Ralph Fiennes, The Hurt Locker), vengeful god of the underworld.
With nothing left to lose, Perseus volunteers to lead a dangerous mission to defeat Hades before he can seize power from Zeus (Liam Neeson, Taken) and unleash hell on earth. Leading a daring band of warriors, Perseus sets off on a perilous journey deep into forbidden worlds.
Battling unholy demons and fearsome beasts, he will only survive if he can accept his power as a god, defy his fate and create his own destiny.
Boasting state of the art visual technology, this motion picture feast of the eyes and ears, directed by Louis Leterrier (The Incredible Hulk), will take places you have never gone before.
Blu-ray Special Features include "Sam Worthington: An Action Hero For The Ages - A Dedicated Actor Morphs Into A Lean Fighting Machine For A Mythic Movie" featurette, the film's alternate ending - Perseus Confronts Zeus On Mount Olympus, and more!

Rotten: I should have known better than to look forward to Clash of the Titans, a film that unironically employs the tagline 'Titans Will Clash'.
-Simon Miraudo, Quickflix, October 21, 2010Rotten: Where's the excitement, thrills and dizzying nonsense promised by its rockin' trailers?
-Ben McEachen, Sunday Times (Australia), April 19, 2010Fresh: Demi-God flick is demi-good
-Giles Hardie, Sydney Morning Herald, April 18, 2010Rotten: The clashing titans in Clash of the Titans are a pretty sorry lot.

This movie is absolutely the worst remake I've ever seen. I knew the minute they insulted Ray Harryhausen's creature work from the original that the director/writer had absolutely no respect for the original film or how significant that movie was to the history of special effects. I admit I found that tough to swallow but it got way worse from there. It didn't just insult me on a Ray Harryhausen fan level. No no. This movie gives you every gimmick in the cg book (fyi, I used to be a cg artist so I have no qualms about their use) but it ruins the story and offers no plot additions or improvements. It's just a mess. It really is. Oh yeah, and for all their huffing and puffing, the Kraken looks like a giant turtle monster.

Movie Was OK. But Where's My Digital Copy? It Clearly Specifies "Digital Copy On Disc" Under "Extra Features" For "DVD Widescreen Edition" But No Digital Copy Does This Fall Under False Advertising....And Am I The Only One With This Problem? Very Disappointed. I Think I'll Be Returning This Movie.....
