It all ends.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 is the final epic adventure in the Harry Potter series, the most successful franchise in film history. The much-anticipated motion picture event is the second of two full-length parts.
In the spectacular finale, the battle between the good and evil forces of the wizarding world escalates into an all-out war. The stakes have never been higher and no one is safe. But it is Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe) who may be called upon to make the ultimate sacrifice as he draws closer to the climactic showdown with Lord Voldemort (Ralph Fiennes).
It all ends here.

Fresh: Fiennes and Rickman get the actorly moments they've been building toward for so long, and the film is most fun when it sticks to mechanics: roller coaster rides, battle scenes, close calls.
-Rafer Guzman, Newsday, January 04, 2012Fresh: This is a massive, tentpole, franchise movie with impeccable good taste -- its most essential, surprising and exhilarating ingredient.
-CJ Johnson, ABC Radio (Australia), July 20, 2011Fresh: For a grand finale to a truly epic, good-natured franchise, this is a perfect goodbye that's very hard to beat.
-Ed Gibbs, Sydney Morning Herald, July 18, 2011Fresh: In the 10 years since Harry's first big- screen close-up, the spell has never been broken. And we Muggles have been made better for the magic.

I really loved all of these movies. I am very sad that this was the last one. The special effects of this onon this was excellent-some part were a little boring, but the ending was spectacular.

A fitting end to one of, if not the best, movie franchises ever. I would recommend these films to everyone. This movie is the darkest of the films, not suitable for the very young, but it is better than Deathly Hallows, Part 1. I own the whole set & will enjoy them over & over. They hold up well & will continue to do so. Thank you for making them available & affordable.

Though many of the key characers were killed off, the movie ending was great!

Movies 1 and 3 were my favorites until I watched this ending to it all. I was ready to critique with a very judgemental air since I'd read all of the books and heard the director took liberties with the ending. However I was astounded by the clarity and keeping of the feel and flavor of the Harry Potter series. I have the DVD and now this movie is my favorite.
Absolutely stunning photography, acting and affects.
