Good workout!

I like the workout because it simple to follow and you are not tired and workup when you are finish. I am over fifty and get turnoff with some exercise routine because of the fast pace...and the DVD just sits in a box. This DVD I can use over and over again. I also have her 5 miles Walk DVD.
