Love is not a crime.

Bobby (Peter Facinelli, The Twilight Saga) a New York City pickpocket who disguises himself as a stockbroker, tempts fate with the law when he lifts the badge of a NYC detective (Michael Madsen, Kill Bill, Reservoir Dogs). Becoming the target of a citywide search, Bobby goes on the run when he encounters Lucy (Jaime Alexander, Thor) a woman he once had an affair with and who is now carrying his child.

Faced with the responsibilities of parenthood, Bobby must revaluate his life of crime and decide if he can ever settle down. Meanwhile both the cops and Bobby’s irate fence Jax (Vincent Gallo), whose underground dealings Bobby has now drawn unwanted attention to, close in from all sides.

Facinelli wrote and produced this caper that features a star-studded cast and shows how a good person gone bad can still find opportunities for redemption.

William Forsythe and Joe Pantoliano also star.

TOP CRITICS'S REVIEWS

Rotten:

-Owen Gleiberman, Entertainment Weekly, January 19, 2012

Rotten: Making romance a big part of the mix dooms a movie already saddled with one of the worst titles in recent memory.

-John DeFore, Hollywood Reporter, January 13, 2012

Rotten: Romantic comedies are often as contrived and irritating as "Loosies," but few feature a lead character so lacking in appeal.

-Kyle Smith, New York Post, January 13, 2012

Rotten: Facinelli's transformation from feckless charmer to committed caretaker seems contrived, leaving the film feeling like a series of stitched-together scenes with little internal drive.

-Ronnie Scheib, Variety, January 12, 2012

Great!

I thought this movie was great! Peter is a good actor and the story is funny, sad and thrilling at times. I don't listen to reviews because I find them wrong most of the time. I truly enjoyed this movie, it was great!!
