Shipping Locations

At the present time we can only ship to individuals residing within the Unites States and its possessions, and those persons with APO/FPO addresses. Shipments are not sent to other locations since we cannot guarantee product delivery.

Split Orders

Occasionally we may split your order and ship it in separate packages. If we split your order we will not charge you additional shipping and processing charges.

If one or more of the items you ordered is temporarily out of stock we will send you the rest of your order in a separate shipment to make sure you receive it as quickly as possible.

Shipping to a Different Address

During checkout you have the option to ship your entire order to your address or to a different address; or you can even ship to multiple addresses within a single order.

Returning DVDs

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you receive an item that you do not wish to keep you may return it to us within 10 days for a refund. Your postal representative can advise you on the most economical method for sending your package. Please return the selection to:

Returning Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Selections

If you receive the wrong selection or one in less-than-perfect condition, please contact us so that we may correct the problem as soon as possible.

Pre-Orders / Upcoming Releases

If you order an upcoming selection, we will ship it to you on its release date. We will not charge you until its ship date.

Shipping and Processing Charges

For all DVD purchases, shipping and processing will be charged for each item as follows:
1st item - $2.99
Each additional item - $1.99

Sets and Multi-Disc Titles
3 disc selections: $5.99 each
4 disc selections: $6.99 each
5 disc selections: $7.99 each

• Heavy and / or bulky items may have additional charges
• Rates are subject to change without notice
• Shipping and Processing charges cover all associated costs and services, including labor, materials, packaging and postage

Express Delivery is available for credit card orders. Express orders will incur an additional $4.99 charge per shipment and you should receive your shipment in 5 to 6 business days. State sales tax will be added where applicable.
